DAT instruments data loggers have been installed on a Enteco E300 drilling rig and on two Tecop drilling rigs.
The integration of data loggers and drilling rigs carried out soil consolidation in order to execute building foundations of the new warehouse.
Using JET 4000 AME / J – MM DAT instruments data loggers for certificated soil mixing operations, the Customer is able to determine different parameters.
From drilling and injection depth, to pressure and flow, from which it is possible to check if cement output is blocked or not.
In addition to that, other parameters are recorded and displayed.
Rod translation speed, rod rotation and torque, which let demonstrate the correct execution of your work.
Counting the volume, you can display the total amount of injected litres and the total report of the end of your work, which you can give to your Building Site Supervisor.
In addition to that, recording working time is useful for your company to evaluate and improve the productivity of the construction site.
