How to automate a grout mixing and pumping system and how to get detailed reports in order to check all operations carried out.

Data acquisition and control systems to be used in field.

Usually companies intend to refuse the application in field of electronic control systems for many different reasons: lacking in reliability, poor flexibility, high price, etc…

In effects it is easy to find in commerce electronic instruments lacking in reliability. For example mobile phones: sometimes they jammed, there is not always field and other times the conversation is not comprehensible. Another example is PC: among virus and instability of the operating system, the lack of precious time is often possible.

But more precise information is necessary: instruments lacking in reliability are always designed for a commercial market, different from field, or they are projected for saving of even by persons with a poor experience. Instruments projected by DAT instruments to work in field are designed in a completely different way. High quality materials are used, its firmware is studied specifically for its aim and very specific test are carried out on each product.

 

How to use instruments to make operations more effective.

The use of electronic instruments in field is the first step to start to save time and money. Electronic instruments produced by DAT instruments are really easy to use. After having set up operative parameters, instruments carry out all operations automatically. Automating processes, it is also possible to reduce the possibility of making mistakes.

 

Automation of grout mixing plant.

The first instrument which must be installed is DAT WM. This control

 

panel let cement mixing operations to become automatic.

It is sufficient to set up the percentages of water, cement and other possible elements and then start the process pressing START key.

With DAT WM control panel it is possible to weight all elements coming into the mixer, to assure a correct time of mixing and to download the ready mixture in the holding tank. All control operation are carried out automatically, for example if the holding tank is full, the mixture is not transferred. This control panel waits for the mixture level to be down.

So, the use of DAT WM, produced by DAT instruments, is necessary for a real saving in time and money.

In addition to that, if demanded, it is possible to install a thermal printer which creates  detailed reports on each single mixing process or it is possible to install a memory to record data which can be downloaded to PC.

 

Cement pumping central automation.

Mixed grout which has been just prepared then is pumped via cement injectors. Pumping operations are generally carried out by more than one cement pump.

Each pump must supply a specific quantity of cement. In addition to that, pressure must be checked to avoid exceeding pre-established limits. Each of these operations can be automatically carried out via JET 4000 AME / I system. Through this instrument it is possible to control up to four cement pumps at the same time. In addition to that, JET 4000 AME / I records all operations carried out during the whole day. Downloading data  to PC, via JET S 104 software, it is possible to create graphics, charts and injection reports.

So each data automation and recording operation is completely carried out automatically.

 

Users training.

Only installing previously mentioned instruments it is possible to assure a better efficiency in field. To assure that all users are able to use in a correct way these systems, DAT instruments organizes training courses directly in field.

During training period, users can learn in an easy and gradual way all functions of these instruments. They can also find on manuals and quick start guides many suggestions and cue to optimize working time.

 

Instruments for every one.

JET DSP 100 / IR, for example, visualize in real time pressure, flow and volume values. It has a memory to record data and it let you transfer data to PC at the end of the working day.

 

Rental.

The last news concerning DAT instruments is the possibility to rent most of these instruments. In this way it is possible to supply the field temporarily. After having finished the rental period, the Client can decide if redeeming or if returning the instruments.
