DAT INSTRUMENTS At GeoDrilling, Italian firm DAT instruments showed JET 4000 AME dataloggers for cement injections and drilled piles. JET 4000 AME / I instrument can manage up to four cement pumps simultaneously and records pressure, flow and volume parameters in function of time. Also on display was a JET 4000 AME / J datalogger for drilling, jetgrouting, bi-jet, tri-jet, deep mixing and CFA. This instrument is connected to a drill and it records all parameters concerning drilling and the injection phase. The LCD shows real-time graphics and the values of cement pressure, flow and volume, |

rod depth, pressure force and feed speed, rod speed and rotation torque, and mast inclination. For this instrument it is possible to have the drill stop automatically when reaching a pre-established depth. It is also possible to manage the equipment in order to have a homogeneous injection; even setting up a quantity of mixture that must be injected in each column metre. Other products on show included: the JET DSP 100 / IR datalogger for injections; JET DSP 100 / D datalogger for diaphragms; JET S 104 software for data organization, processing and print; the DAT WM automatic mixing system, useful to mix cement; and DAT INCL XY to check drilling equipment verticality. … ... |
